- Direct Instruction: Serve as an instructor and coach within various clinics and training sessions (including Soccer, Flag Football, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Cheerleading, and Tennis), delivering engaging and high-quality instruction consistent with i9 Sports philosophy.

Scheduling & Staffing:
- Develop and manage the comprehensive schedule for all clinics and training sessions.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise coaching and support staff.
- Ensure all sessions are adequately staffed with qualified and enthusiastic personnel.

Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards for program execution, safety, and participant experience.

Marketing Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with the Marketing Department.
- Communicate program needs, schedule changes, and registration goals to ensure effective and timely promotional efforts.
- Provide essential program content for marketing materials.

Warehouse/Supply Management: Act as the primary liaison with the Warehouse/Operations Department.
- Proactively assess and communicate equipment, gear, and supply needs.
- Submit requests for equipment and supplies with ample notice to ensure fulfillment in a timely manner, preventing program disruption.

Main Point of Contact: Serve as the central point of contact for all inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to clinics and training sessions.
- Manage communication with staff regarding schedules, curriculum, and policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to questions, comments, and concerns from i9 Sports members, parents, and participants.
- Proven experience in sports program management, instruction, or a similar leadership role, preferably in a youth sports environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of instructors and coaches.
- A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor, with a passion for youth development through sports.
- Availability Requirement: This role requires a minimum of 10 working hours per week, including availability to work weekday evening shifts as an instructor.
